Caputo Cuor di Cereali is a multigrain flour blend for home baking. It is made with carefully selected seeds and cereals, including flax, sesame and sunflower. 

High in fibre and protein, this flour is great for health conscious bakers. Use it to make rustic loaves, rolls and savoury pastries. The result is flavourful bakes with a nutty, toasted aroma.

Caputo Cuor di Cereali is typically mixed with other flours. Try a dosage of 10 to 20%, depending on what you’re baking. You can mix it with Caputo pizzeria flour to make thin and crispy pizzas.

Caputo flour is made from the finest Italian ingredients. Traditional slow milling processes are used to avoid damaging the starches and proteins.
