Smokey Sally is an organic BBQ rub that’s perfect for pulled pork. Made with organic ingredients, this spice blend gives meat that classic chargrilled flavour. 

The rub is made with sweet and smoked paprika for warming sweetness and subtle heat. Oregano, garlic and coriander round out the savoury flavours. Rich and smoky, this rub is ideal for marinating meat before grilling or smoking.

Smokey Sally BBQ rub is particularly good with pork and poultry. Mix it with oil and rub it into ribs, chops and spatchcocked chickens. Add a little vinegar for acidity, if you like. Or, add garlic and herbs like rosemary and thyme. For best results, let the meat marinate for a few hours before cooking.

Not just for carnivores, this smoky BBQ rub is also delicious with fish and vegetables. Pair it with firm fleshed fish like monkfish or halibut. You can sprinkle it over potato wedges or mix it with butter to baste vegetables on the barbecue.
