Terre Exotique’s harissa is a spicy hot Tunisian paste for couscous salads, tagines and steamed fish. Made from ground chilli peppers, cumin, coriander, garlic and salt, this spice mix is combined with olive oil and tomatoes to create a fiery paste – spread over lamb or salmon as a marinade, stir a little through roasted tomatoes and toss through giant couscous, or add to hummus for a punchy mezze dip.  

Alternatively, use harissa paste as you would tomato ketchup for topping juicy beef burgers, or mix the paste with a little oil and spread over flatbreads. Or you can try Chicken with Prunes, Potatoes, Cauliflower and Harissa.
