Valrhona Celaya liquid hot chocolate is a luxuriously rich and creamy ready-to-use hot chocolate drink. Even try blending the liquid chocolate into cocktails or coffee drinks. 

Shake well before opening. Heat Celaya in a microwave using suitablecontainer or by steam pressure. It may also be gently heated in a saucepan, stirring form time to time and without allowing to boil.
